A Day in the Life: April 26th

Pa + Ma went to church.  I found some leaks up in the sugar bath.

Wea.  Sunny                                TUE. APRIL 26, 1898               Ther.

Went to school.  After school rode my bicycle some.

Wea.                                             WED. APRIL 26, 1899               Ther.

Rode my wheel to school.

Painted on the house.  Pa went to the burg + brought up the new carriage.  In eve went over to grandma’s.

NO ENTRY AGAIN UNTIL MAY 22nd


(Aged 20)
Wea.                                               SAT.  APRIL 26, 1902             Ther.

Went to factory it rained.  Had Dandy + Maud shod all around + one shoe set on Kit + I got the milk wagon fixed.

NO ENTRY MADE AGAIN UNTIL MAY 1st

Editor's Note:  I'm guessing the sugar bath is where they stored the sap to boil or where they filtered it.  I don't know because if you Google it all one gets are beauty product websites.

I posted this picture because Morris Cass and his twin brother Marvin were born on Easter Sunday.  The Easter postcard I put up on Sunday was actually a birthday card to Morris from a little friend.
