Warren, PA Anticipates the Fourth of July

The last time I was in Frewsburg I lived in Delaware.  We had a beautiful drive home cutting down through Warren, PA.  It had only just turned July and yet the folks of Warren, PA were already staking claim to their parade seating as I'm sure they are doing again this year.
