I took George’s dinner to him about 8 o‘clock A.M. on my wheel.

Drove to school got home about 11 o’clock. Stayed at home in P.M.

(NOT Allen’s handwriting--nor voice) Mack Chuck and I took Chas Taylor down and took out his cock and he raced the devil out of us. Had lots of fun out of it Chuck.

Went up to the fairgrounds. Saw the races + the rest of the buildings. In eve Earnest Rhodes and I went out and looked over the city of Toronto.

Alice’s folks + her Aunt Frieda + 3 children were here to dinner. Her Aunt stayed all night. Today is Frankie’s last day.

Finished pig pen. Dug for silo. I went to the burg and got some brand for the pigs + got Billy shod.

NO ENTRY MADE AGAIN UNTIL OCTOBER 10th.

Editor's Note: I don't know who Chuck is but he is some rough company. I believe he is the one holding Allen's journal hostage--though I'm betting Allen just thinks he misplaced it for the moment. It is Chuck's handwriting the other day mentioning new arrivals too. Don't worry, we know Allen get's it back or how would I be able to infer all this. :-)
I will look into who Aunt Frieda is post haste or, rather, tomorrow as today has been a bit delayed already. Hope everyone had a happy Labor Day.
