Stayed at home all day.

Went to factory Blaine came up + we played around.  In eve we went down to graduates’ exercises cost .10cents.

Wea.                                             WED. JUNE 21, 1899               Ther.

Went down to see Lloyd Flatt + we went in swimming.  We came home about 3 P.M.


(Aged 18)
Wea.                                              THU. JUNE 21, 1900                 Ther.

Worked all day.  In eve went to Kennedy with Frank Warn to see about getting him a buggy.  He didn’t get one.  Got home at 12 o’clock.

Scraped all day.


(Aged 20)
Wea.                                               SAT.  JUNE 21, 1902             Ther.

Went over to Shorty Anderson’s + got a horse (?) for 3 cows.  Got $20 (to) boot.

Took Lucy home + brought grandma down.  Pa + Ma stayed here.

Editor's Note: I don't know who Lucy is in 1903.  She didn't get a mention of arrival only a note of departure.   Also, the name Shorty Anderson sounds so familiar as if there was a Shorty Anderson in every generation.
