Tombstone Tuesday

In Keeping with the April in Paris theme (in this case December), this is my husband and me in the Catacombs of Paris in 2001.  You can see I'm not exactly pleased with the adventure though it was my suggestion.  My pants are covered with what can only be bone dust given our surroundings and was left there by the boots of my little nieces who alternately wanted to be carried through the this house of fun.  Saying that, I recommend the experience if you are fit and not claustrophobic. Naturally, the photo was taken by Diana.

The bones of 6 million people are said to be artistically stacked in the Catacombs.
