Stayed at home.  Geo. Walters moved up on his farm on Woodchuck Hill. 

Rollie is sick with LaGrippe.  (written in someone else’s hand).  Nora?

Wea.   Cloudy                                SUN. MARCH 13, 1898               Ther.

Uncle Gib + Aunt May stayed all night here + Luella over to grandma’s.  In P.M. I went over to grandma’s.

Wea.                                               MON. MARCH 13, 1899                Ther.

Stayed at home + boiled sap all day.  Pa is sick with grippe.

Wea.                                               TUE. MARCH 13, 1900                   Ther.

Drove my horse to school as Lawrence went to Falconer to take the train with Gordon’s.
Got an invitation to a party to Klock’s for Friday eve, Rollie’s school closed.

NO ENTRY AGAIN UNTIL MAY 22nd

Gail went to factory.  I went over to pa’s in P.M. pa came over.  Stormy all day. Roads are awful.

Editor's Note: I believe Lawrence is Gordon Taylor's father.  I wonder what Allen means that Rollie's school closed...for the day or for good?
