A Day in the Life: April 6th

Went to school.


(Aged 16)
Wea. Cloudy                                  WED. APRIL 6, 1898                    Ther.

Went to school played football stayed about 10 minutes after school + played.  Pa is going to let me stay + play one night in a week.

Bucknell 1924...but why?  We don't know any of these guys.

Same team but who? We are very certain one of these guys graduated from Jamestown High School in 1924 before going on to Bucknell so maybe someone will know who it is so we can figure out why we have this photo.  We're thinking he was a boyfriend of either Mabel or Ruthie Cass.

Went to school.  Played football.


(Aged 18)
Wea.                                               FRI. APRIL 6, 1900                      Ther.

Worked all day.  Drew milk.  Boiled sap all day.  Best run yet gathered 11 cans full got it all in the pan before night.

NO ENTRY AGAIN UNTIL MAY 22nd


(Aged 20)

Stayed at home all day.  Gail went to factory.

NO ENTRY MADE AGAIN UNTIL MAY 1st
