Rode my wheel to school. Pa went to a sale at Caitlin’s. He bought 2 cows.

Wea. FRI. NOV. 18, 1898 Ther.
Drove to school. Played football. Luella rode up with me.

Wea. SAT. NOV. 18, 1899 Ther.
Left
Dayton on the 10 o’clock A.M. for Jamestown where we stayed until 6
P.M. when we left for Millers arriving there about 8 o’clock. We stayed
all night and took breakfast + dinner with the Telegraph Operator for
which we played him some on the graphone. Saw quite a number of people
in town I knew including May Rowley of Matthew’s Run, PA.

Stayed at home in A.M. In P.M. went to S.S. In eve went up and saw Alice. Came home at 12. X

Will
took Ma + Ruth home. I stayed with Alice. Pearle came down. In eve
went down to Kineston’sto get a calf of Frankie. He wasn’t there but I
got the calf. Lucy Thayer came over.

Wea. TUE. NOV. 18, 1902 Ther.
Done chores and split wood. David Carlson came in eve will begin word tomorrow at $10 per month till March 1st.

Clint brought down a load of wood. Alice feels pretty well.
