Went to school with Gorden. Got a letter from Alice and sent her one. Wrote a letter of Frank Long. Got a position at Salamanca from the Veterinary Science Association. In eve studied till 10.

Henry Harrington began cutting my corn. Ray Harrington helped me set up.

Gail + I went over to see Granis. He gave me $3 to take him over.

Editor's Note: I don't think Allen ever takes that position in Salamanca. We will have to see but he'll be married in a matter of months and Alice will fall pregnant (such a wonderfully ridiculous turn of phrase) a few months after that.
