Glen + Frank were down yesterday.

In P.M. went hunting killed a woodpecker and several small birds.  In evening there was a surprise party on pa + ma it being their 19 wedding anniversary about 70 over here.

Thanks to my cousin Phyllis Gustavson who sent this to me just this week!

Frank & Nora Cass and Hattie & Andrew Warn.  Both couples celebrated 50 years of marriage in March 1929.  Nora is wearing her late mother-in-law Diantha Cass' wedding dress for the occasion which was forest green with black lace.

Editor's Note:  Allen finally gets his birds too bad they aren't sounding edible and there is a much bigger deal going on with his parents' anniversary.  It's amazing to think that after that party in 1898, Frank and Nora would have another 34 years together.  They weren't even half way through their love story.
